Project Overview
Etio works with the Ajman Private Education Affairs Office (APEA) to deliver a comprehensive capacity-building programme designed to support continuous improvement across the Emirate's private school sector. The initiative aligns with the UAE Unified School Inspection Framework and will support more than 1,000 educators, school leaders, and administrators across approximately 50 private schools in Ajman.
The programme forms part of APEA's wider commitment to raising educational standards, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding sustainable school improvement practices throughout the Emirate.
The Challenge
As education systems continue to evolve, schools require increasingly sophisticated approaches to self-evaluation, quality assurance, leadership development, and data-informed decision making. For school regulators and improvement agencies, the challenge is to provide support at scale while ensuring that individual schools receive targeted assistance aligned to their specific development priorities.
APEA sought a partner with extensive expertise in school inspection, performance evaluation, and educational improvement to help strengthen professional practice across its private school sector and ensure schools are well equipped to meet inspection expectations while delivering better outcomes for students.
