The Challenge
The Student Experience in the Research University (SERU) Consortium, based at UC Berkeley's Center for Studies in Higher Education (CSHE), is a community of research-intensive universities collaborating on administering student surveys and sharing data for institutional self-improvement. The SERU surveys provide unique and actionable insights into the experiences of undergraduate and graduate populations.
SERU required a partner to securely administer their survey tool to consortia members across the US and Canada. The survey administration partner needs to work closely with consortia members to ensure the survey is tailored for individual school needs (whilst maintaining comparability), provide support from start to end, and produce institution specific and consortia level data files.
